These terms describe the current prelaunch 3iqaruna service: private project preparation and existing account management. Public project listings and new expressions of interest are closed.
No investments or payments yet
3iqaruna is not accepting investment payments. Creating an account or recording interest does not purchase an investment, create property ownership, reserve shares, or enter you into an investment agreement. Do not send money based on information on this platform.
Previously saved interest
New expressions of interest are closed. Any previously recorded amount represents what you might consider in the future. It is not a payment, financial commitment, or guarantee of availability. You can withdraw it through your account. Any future investment would require separate eligibility checks, confirmed payment arrangements, and legal documents that you would review and accept at that time.
Project information
Project descriptions, budgets, schedules, and documents are provided by the publisher and may change. Publication does not mean a project has been independently verified or approved for investment. No return is promised. You should obtain appropriate professional advice before entering any future investment.
Your account and documents
Provide accurate account information, keep your sign-in details private, and use only your own account. Do not attempt to access private projects, other accounts, or documents you are not authorized to view. Member documents are provided for your review; do not republish confidential material or misuse personal information they contain.
Platform availability
The prelaunch service and project listings may be changed, paused, or removed as 3iqaruna develops. Access may be restricted where needed to address misuse or protect the platform. Changes to the investment offering, if one launches, will be governed by separate terms.
