A clear starting point.
These terms describe the 3iqaruna website, contact enquiries, private project preparation and existing account management. Project pages provide information and a way to send enquiries. Public registration and online investment commitments remain closed.
Contact enquiries
Sending an enquiry asks 3iqaruna to contact you with information. It does not reserve a place, create an investment agreement or commit you to pay. Any future participation would require separate terms and arrangements. No return or project availability is guaranteed.
No investments or payments yet
3iqaruna is not accepting investment payments. Creating an account or recording interest does not purchase an investment, create property ownership, reserve shares, or enter you into an investment agreement. Do not send money based on information on this platform.
Previously saved interest
New expressions of interest are closed. Any previously recorded amount represents what you might consider in the future. It is not a payment, financial commitment, or guarantee of availability. You can withdraw it through your account. Any future investment would require separate eligibility checks, confirmed payment arrangements, and legal documents that you would review and accept at that time.
Project information
Project descriptions, budgets, schedules and documents are entered by an administrator and may change. Publication does not mean a project has been independently verified or approved for investment. No return is promised. You should obtain appropriate professional advice before entering any future investment.
Your account and documents
Provide accurate account information, keep your sign-in details private, and use only your own account. Do not attempt to access private projects, other accounts, or documents you are not authorized to view. Project preparation documents remain private to administrators, including when a project page is published.
Platform availability
The prelaunch service and project listings may be changed, paused, or removed as 3iqaruna develops. Access may be restricted where needed to address misuse or protect the platform. Changes to the investment offering, if one launches, will be governed by separate terms.
