What we collect

When you create an account, we collect the name and email address you provide and the information needed to authenticate you. If you express interest in a project, we save the project, the amount, the status of your interest, and the time it was recorded. Account sessions and document access also require technical information to operate and protect the service.

We do not collect investment payments, card details, or identity-verification documents in this version.

Administrators can add developer contact details, land and permit references, proposed costs, review notes and supporting project documents to the private workspace. These preparation records are available only to administrators. Downloading a project brief creates a separate copy that the administrator is responsible for handling.

How it is used

Your information is used to sign you in, display and manage your interests, control access to member documents, and support the platform. The platform administrator can view account and interest information to manage the service. Your interest amounts are not displayed to other members.

Hosting, authentication, and storage providers process information as needed to run these features. Signing in uses cookies to maintain your session.

Your choices

You can review and withdraw recorded interest from your account. You can also submit a deletion request from your account. A request is recorded for the platform administrator to review; it does not immediately delete your account.

Retention and updates

Account and interest records are retained to provide the service until they are removed. Operational logs or backups may retain records after removal. If the platform introduces payments or new uses of personal information, this notice will need to be updated before those features launch.
