Contacting us

If you send an enquiry, we save your name, email address, phone number, indicative investment amount, optional message, consent to be contacted, submission time and enquiry status. These details are visible only to the platform administrators and are used to respond to your request. This does not sign you up to a newsletter or create an investment account. Please do not include identity documents, bank details or other sensitive information.

To limit spam, we keep temporary, keyed fingerprints of your enquiry and submitting network address in separate records; the form does not store the raw network address. These records expire after 24 hours and are removed on a subsequent valid submission. Hosting providers may process ordinary request logs separately.

You can ask us to remove your enquiry or stop contacting you using the contact details below. Enquiries remain in the private inbox until an administrator deletes them; they are not automatically removed when marked as contacted.

What we collect

When you create an account, we collect the name and email address you provide and the information needed to authenticate you. If you express interest in a project, we save the project, the amount, the status of your interest, and the time it was recorded. Account sessions and document access also require technical information to operate and protect the service.

We do not collect investment payments, card details, or identity-verification documents in this version.

Administrators can add developer contact details, land and permit references, proposed costs, review notes and supporting project documents to the private workspace. These preparation records are available only to administrators. Downloading a project brief creates a separate copy that the administrator is responsible for handling.

How it is used

Your information is used to sign you in, display and manage your interests, control access to private documents, and support the platform. The platform administrator can view account and interest information to manage the service. Your interest amounts are not displayed to other members.

Hosting, authentication, and storage providers process information as needed to run these features. Signing in uses cookies to maintain your session.

Your choices

You can review and withdraw recorded interest from your account. You can also submit a deletion request from your account. A request is recorded for the platform administrator to review; it does not immediately delete your account.

Retention and updates

Account and interest records are retained to provide the service until they are removed. Operational logs or backups may retain records after removal. If the platform introduces payments or new uses of personal information, this notice will need to be updated before those features launch.
